Who are the susceptible groups for cervical cancer

Cervical cancer is one of the common malignant tumors in women and has a high incidence rate in my country. The cause of the disease is still unclear. It may be related to factors such as early marriage, early childbearing, multiple births and sexual disorder in women.

1. Age: The occurrence of cervical cancer is related to age. Women under 35 have a lower chance of getting cervical cancer, while those aged 35-59 have a higher incidence. The incidence rate decreases after the age of 60. In recent years, there is a trend of younger age.

2. Early marriage and multiple births: The Beijing Cervical Cancer Prevention and Control Collaborative Group reported that the incidence of women who married before the age of 20 was three times higher than those aged 21-25, and seven times higher than those who married after the age of 26. Moreover, the more times a woman gave birth, the higher the chance of cervical cancer.

3. Multiple sexual partners: A US study showed that those with 10 or more sexual partners accounted for 36% of new cases of cervical cancer, because sperm produces a sperm antibody after entering the vagina, which generally disappears completely in about 4 months. If you have many sexual partners and have sex too frequently, you will produce a variety of antibodies and heterosexual proteins, making you more likely to get cervical cancer.

4. Patients with atypical cervical hyperplasia: Especially those with moderate and severe atypical hyperplasia, if not actively treated, are likely to develop into cervical cancer.
