TCM Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment of Laryngeal Cancer of Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis Type

Taohong Siwu Decoction (Medical Mirror) with additions and subtractions: peach kernel 10g, safflower 10g, angelica 10g, red peony root 15g, raw earth 15g, aurantium 10g, Scrophularia 10g, Trigonosciadium 10g, Curcuma 10g, Imperata root 15g, Sanguisorba officinalis 6g, Prunella vulgaris 20g, pangolin (calcium decoction) 10g, Solanum nigrum 10g, licorice 5g.

For patients with excessive phlegm, add 10g of Fritillaria cirrhosa, 10g of Trichosanthes seed, and 10g of pumice stone; for those with chest and flank distension and poor appetite, add 10g of Bupleurum chinense and 15g of Curcuma aromatica.

In addition, the peach kernel, safflower, angelica, red peony root, trillium, zedoaria, and pangolin in this prescription can promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis, soften and disperse nodules, reduce swelling and discharge pus; the raw rehmannia, scrophularia, Imperata root, and charcoal can cool blood and stop bleeding; the self-poisonous grass, solanum nigrum, and licorice can clear away heat and detoxify, and resolve phlegm and soften nodules.
