1 minute quick test for cervical spondylosis

Office workers are at high risk of cervical spondylosis. Due to a lack of awareness of cervical health care, many people only seek medical attention when the pain becomes unbearable. Here are 10 tips for self-diagnosis of cervical spondylosis.

1. Check whether there is radiating pain like electric shock in a certain part of the limb, accompanied by dizziness, nausea, and visual spinning.

2. If your fingers are numb, especially if they are numb on both sides, you must think about whether you have cervical spondylosis;

3. Do the finger flexion and extension experiment for ten seconds. Make a fist and then stretch it fully. It is normal to do it more than twenty times in ten seconds.

4. Walk in a straight line with both feet in one line. People with cervical spondylosis cannot walk in a straight line.

5. Unable to complete deep and comfortable breathing.

6. The body cannot be easily twisted or rotated to the same angle to both sides, and the range of motion is reduced.

7. The neck, back or more joints make a popping "crackling" sound when moving.

8. The heels are often worn unevenly.

9. Point your toes outward when walking.

10. Your blood pressure and heart rate have increased for unknown reasons, or you have had stomach problems that you have never had before.
