Contraindications for surgical treatment of lung cancer

Contraindications for surgical treatment of lung cancer:

(1) Patients with metastasis to distant organs, such as liver, kidney, bone, etc.

(2) Important intrathoracic organs are invaded and are estimated to be unresectable, such as the heart, large blood vessels, and esophagus.

(3) Patients with obvious and extensive mediastinal lymph node metastasis, especially contralateral mediastinal lymph node metastasis

(4) Those who have had myocardial infarction within six months, whose FEVi is less than 1000ml, which is 60‰ lower than the expected value, and whose blood oxygen partial pressure is lower than 7.98kPa (60mmHg) according to blood gas analysis.

(5) Patients with severe liver or kidney dysfunction or cachexia who cannot tolerate surgery.

(6) Patients with existing nerve invasion, such as recurrent laryngeal nerve or phrenic nerve paralysis
