It is possible to prevent the occurrence of lung cancer by changing your lifestyle in the following three aspects.

Smokers, please quit smoking immediately. Eight hours after quitting smoking, the oxygen content in the blood will reach the level when you are not smoking, and the carbon monoxide content in the body will be reduced by half. After 24 hours, the remaining carbon monoxide in the body will disappear completely. After three months, the respiratory function will be improved, and the efficiency of the lungs will increase by 10%. If you are already a lung cancer patient, quitting smoking can restore your immune function and enhance your physical strength.

Be alert to "oil smoke". Keep the kitchen ventilated and turn on the range hood when lighting the fire. Do not turn off the range hood as soon as you finish cooking. Do not wait for the oil pan to smoke when cooking, and avoid frying. The living room and bedroom should be separated from the kitchen to prevent polluted kitchen air from entering other rooms. For friends living in rural areas, indoor coal stoves and coal cookers should be equipped with chimneys, which should be cleaned regularly to keep them unobstructed.

Increase the intake of vegetables and fruits in the food. In particular, eating more foods rich in carotene, vitamin C, vitamin E, folic acid, trace element selenium, etc. can reduce the incidence of lung cancer. Vitamin A can maintain the integrity of cell membranes, maintain normal metabolism of epithelial tissues, and block the process of cell canceration. You can consciously consume more vitamin A. The highest content is found in animal livers such as sheep liver and chicken liver. At the same time, you should live a regular life, be in a good mood, combine work and rest, exercise, and increase your ability to prevent and resist diseases.
