Symptoms of uterine cancer

Symptoms of uterine cancer

Most uterine cancer patients do not feel anything in the early stage. A few patients have spot bleeding after sexual intercourse, or bleed a few days before menstruation, or bleed again a few days later. Some people have more menstruation when they reach menopausal age. Some patients have two or more menstrual cramps a month or no menstruation. If these conditions are found, they should be checked to prevent cancer. Some people have vaginal bleeding after labor, irregular vaginal bleeding or heavy bleeding, or frequent bleeding, which can cause physical weakness and anemia. Some people have leucorrhea mixed with blood or a foul smell. Some patients have a foul smell around them, or their leucorrhea is mixed with yellow. In the middle and late stages of the disease, some have frequent urination, or hematuria, and some patients have white, foul-smelling clear water flowing out of the vagina. From the above points, the disease has reached the late stage, and different symptoms and pain occur.

Symptoms vary, pain varies, sometimes the pain is unbearable. Most uterine cancer patients experience pain in the waist or below the lower abdomen. The pain varies depending on the location of the tumor. The pain becomes more severe in the late stage of the tumor, and the pain becomes more severe. If the tumor invades the bladder, the patient will have frequent urination, or sometimes have difficulty urinating, or sometimes have urethral pain. Some patients have frequent bowel movements when the tumor invades the rectum, and the stool is sometimes thin, sometimes watery or constipated. Some patients have lower abdominal pain when defecating, sometimes with blood. In the late stage of the tumor, most patients eat less, have a yellow complexion, lose weight, and lose weight. Generally, in the early stage of uterine cancer, the leucorrhea is thin, and as the disease progresses, the leucorrhea becomes yellow and smelly, and the patient will feel a slight pain in the lower abdomen, and at this time, the waist pain will also occur. Some patients have a smelly substance like thin noodle soup flowing out of the vagina, and some patients suddenly have vaginal bleeding or irregular menstruation, which should be checked. Cancer appears before menopause, with heavy menstrual flow, and some bleeding does not stop and has no cycle. Some patients have vaginal bleeding again 3 to 4 months after menopause, and the amount of bleeding increases. Some patients pass blood clots, sometimes have back pain, dizziness, weakness in the limbs, reduced appetite, gradual weight loss, and chronic pain in the abdomen. Some patients bleed several times a day. The more times the bleeding occurs, the more painful the abdomen becomes. The patient eats less, is in poor spirits, becomes thin, and loses weight. Uterine cancer spreads and metastasizes in the later stages, some to the lymph nodes, some to the lungs and liver, and some to the clavicle. Symptoms will appear in whatever part of the body it metastasizes to.
