Psychological care: patients should be helped to eliminate anxiety and fear, encouraged to express their uneasy thoughts and feelings, and actively cited cases of improvement after diagnosis and treatment to give them confidence in curing the disease. Patients should be encouraged to visit each other, communication and contact with family members and their social support systems should be strengthened, their worries should be dealt with, and patients should be taught ways to reduce anxiety.

2. Dietary care: The patient's dietary preferences should be fully understood. The patient's diet should be coordinated with the nutritionist's, the amount of food eaten should be recorded, and attention should be paid to digestion after eating. Digestive aids should be given according to the doctor's orders. For patients with intake disorders, rehydration, nutrients, electrolytes, water and acid-base imbalance should be appropriately arranged according to the doctor's orders. Albumin, fresh blood, platelets, amino acids, etc. should be transfused according to the doctor's orders to correct hypoproteinemia, anemia, coagulation mechanism disorders, etc.

3. Pay special attention not to do strenuous exercise to avoid the treatment damaging the wound. After pancreatic cancer treatment, you should also pay attention to maintaining airway patency by performing atomization inhalation 2-3 times a day, encouraging the patient to take deep breaths and help expectoration. What else should be done after pancreatic cancer treatment? Because pancreatic cancer treatment covers a large area and the patient has severe pain after surgery, a self-controlled analgesic pump can be used.

4. The patients undergoing treatment for pancreatic cancer should be carefully cared for. Generally, they should take good care of the urinary tract infection. Since the urinary catheter is left in place for 5-7 days after treatment, the sterile urine bag should be changed daily. Be careful not to let the urine flow back. Clean the perineum once a day. The urinary catheter should be clamped before it is removed and opened once every 2-4 hours. The bladder function should be exercised.
