If there is pyloric obstruction, coffee-colored or dark red blood is often mixed in the vomitus. The stool occult blood test is positive.

5. Other symptoms: diarrhea, constipation, low fever, edema, and general exhaustion. When the tumor ruptures or causes perforation of the stomach wall, complications such as massive bleeding and peritonitis may occur.
