Burdock tea

Specific steps:

Hot drink: Put six or seven slices in each time. Those who want to lose weight can increase the number according to their own situation.

Use boiling water to brew for 2-3 minutes and then drink it (can be brewed repeatedly for many times). You can also add rock sugar, red dates, and American ginseng for better effect. You can also add a little honey to prevent getting angry!

Cold drink: Take 10-15 tablets each time, add 500ml of water, add sugar or honey, mix and boil, pour into a cup, cool and put in the refrigerator to drink at any time.

⒊ Burdock tea should be stored in moisture-proof measures in summer.
