Right coronary artery branches

Right coronary artery branches

The main branches of the right coronary artery include the conus arteriosus branch, the sinoatrial node branch, the posterior septal branch, and the posterior descending branch.

The right coronary artery branch belongs to one coronary artery, and the other is usually the left coronary artery. The branches of the right coronary artery are mainly the posterior branch of the left ventricle and the posterior descending branch, and the main myocardial area is the surface of the diaphragm, etc. When the main branch is blocked, it is likely to cause right ventricular myocardial infarction. When right coronary artery stenosis is found, it is necessary to go to a regular hospital for coronary angiography and pay attention to the degree of stenosis. For patients with stenosis less than 70%, conservative treatment can be used to promote recovery, such as taking aspirin, metoprolol and other drugs as prescribed by the doctor.

Patients should usually eat a low-salt, low-fat diet and go to the hospital for regular checkups to observe their physical recovery. If the stenosis rate is found to reach 80% during the examination, stents are usually required for treatment. After the operation, anticoagulant drugs must be used for a long time, and they must go to the hospital regularly for coagulation function tests, and then adjust the medication dosage based on the test results.

After the operation, you should pay more attention to rest and avoid moving back and forth. At the same time, you should keep the temperature of the living room appropriate. You should eat more foods that are easily absorbed and digested, avoid eating hard foods, and keep your emotions stable.
