Is gallbladder cancer hereditary before metastasis?

Is gallbladder cancer hereditary before metastasis? The metastasis of cancer cells is a common phenomenon in many patients in the late stage, and patients with gallbladder cancer will also experience this phenomenon. Generally, gallbladder cancer patients will metastasize in the following three ways, but the most important thing for patients is to actively treat it. Gallbladder cancer is generally not hereditary, but its incidence is very high.

Lymphatic metastasis: This is one of the most common metastatic pathways of gallbladder cancer. In the late stage of gallbladder cancer, cancer cells will metastasize to the patient's clavicle or liver through it.
Hematogenous metastasis: In the late stage of gallbladder cancer, as the tumor tissue grows, when the tumor volume exceeds the mucosa, cancer cells may also metastasize around the nerves and blood vessels. Gallbladder cancer can extend downward and cause bile duct obstruction. Distant hematogenous metastasis often involves the lungs, bones, and kidneys.
Direct infiltration: According to the survey, more than half of the patients with gallbladder cancer have cancer cells that can directly infiltrate adjacent organs in the early and late stages. The order of metastasis is liver, duodenum, bile duct, stomach, pancreas, omentum, colon and abdominal wall.
Is there a way to completely cure gallbladder cancer metastasis? As we all know, the traditional treatment methods such as surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, etc. alone have more disadvantages than advantages and are no longer recognized by patients and doctors. Biological treatment is the only choice for all cancer patients at home and abroad. Especially for the elderly and weak, who cannot undergo surgery or chemotherapy, advanced cancer patients can prolong their survival and improve their quality of life.
