Can you drink pearl powder?

Pearl powder is a very common nourishing product nowadays. Many people can take some pearl powder when they feel that their physical fitness is not so good. This can improve their physical condition and also add more trace elements to their bodies. These trace elements are just what the human body needs, so pearl powder is something that can be drunk.

Water-soluble pearl powder is generally made by treating pearl powder with acid (mostly lactic acid) or enzymes to convert water-insoluble CaCO3 into soluble calcium lactate, generating soluble salts such as lactate, calcium salt, strontium salt, magnesium salt, etc. In addition to calcium supplementation, it can also produce various blood and kidney tonic products such as iron lactate, ammonium iron lactate, potassium lactate, sodium lactate, bismuth lactate, and manganese lactate.

Although its amino acids will be more or less hydrolyzed by acid, the amino acid content is not as high as that of nano-grade pearl powder. However, the absorption rate of various trace elements in nano-grade pearl powder, such as P, Fe, In, Mn, Ca, Se, Ge, Cu, V, etc., is not as high as that of soluble pearl powder. After all, the various trace elements in soluble pearl powder are in ionic form and are easy for the human body to absorb.

Soluble pearl powder and nano pearl powder each have their own advantages and disadvantages. Soluble pearl powder: The amino acid content is not as high as that of nano pearl powder, which can improve sleep quality, and the full absorption of various trace elements also has a good nutritional effect on the skin; Nano pearl powder: The original amino acid components in the pearls are not destroyed, but the absorption rate of other trace elements is low. It is better than soluble pearl powder in terms of external whitening effect. If the two are used together, the effect will be better.
