Can a woman with bladder cancer have a baby?

When the weather is hot, people will urinate more frequently after drinking a lot of water, but many women who work in offices often hold back the urge to urinate because of work, and wait a long time before going to the bathroom. Experts point out that urine is a metabolic end product produced and excreted by the kidneys, some of which are toxic to the human body, and holding back urine is more harmful to women than men. So can women with bladder cancer have children?

Experts point out that holding urine is the most harmful to the bladder. Toxins in urine can cause bladder cancer if they irritate the bladder wall for a long time. Urine accumulation can also increase the burden on the kidneys and easily induce kidney disease.
Women who often hold back urine may become infertile. Due to the complex structure of the organs in the abdominal cavity, the female urinary system is more susceptible to bacteria than men. Holding back urine not only affects bladder function and causes urinary tract infection, but also causes symptoms such as frequent urination, hematuria, difficulty urinating, burning sensation during urination, and lower abdominal discomfort or pain. At the same time, holding back urine can also have many adverse effects on women's reproductive organs.
Since the female internal reproductive organs and the bladder "live together" in the pelvic cavity, the uterus is located behind the bladder. Holding urine fills the bladder, and the full bladder will compress the uterus, causing it to tilt backwards. If you often hold urine, the uterus will be difficult to reposition. The posterior position of the uterus is divided into three degrees. If the bladder compresses the uterus to tilt backwards to the second degree, it will hinder the outflow of menstrual blood and cause severe dysmenorrhea symptoms; if the third degree of retroversion occurs, the uterus will compress the nerve plexus in front of the sacrum, causing lumbar pain, and may cause sexual intercourse pain. In severe cases, it will cause infertility. Therefore, holding urine is a very bad habit. You must urinate in time when you feel like urinating, and you must not hold urine hard. Women should pay special attention to this.
Experts remind women that it is best to urinate once before going out; whether it is during work, study or meeting, try to choose a "half-time" time to allow yourself to "go to the bathroom"; after holding urine for a period of time, in addition to emptying the bladder as soon as possible, the best way is to replenish a lot of water and force yourself to urinate more often, which has a flushing effect on the bladder and can prevent the growth of bacteria in the bladder.
