Introduction to common hazards of prostate cancer

Prostate cancer is a type of malignant tumor, so it is very harmful. If it is not treated in time, it will endanger the patient's life. We should be highly vigilant and focus on prevention. One of the keys to preventing prostate cancer is to pay attention to physical examinations. The following is a summary of the hazards of prostate cancer:

One of the hazards of prostate cancer: systemic damage. Cancer pain will affect the patient's diet, sleep and spirit. In the long run, the patient's overall condition will become increasingly weak, showing emaciation and fatigue, and then a series of damaging symptoms such as anemia, cachexia or renal failure will occur.
The second harm of prostate cancer: urination disorder. Urinary disorder is one of the most common symptoms of prostate cancer. Most patients will experience progressive dysuria, thinning or deflected urine flow, bifurcated urine flow, prolonged urination, frequent urination, urgency, pain, and a feeling of incomplete urination due to the cancer. In severe cases, urine dripping and urine retention may occur.
The third hazard of prostate cancer: symptoms of metastasis. Many tumors will metastasize in the late stage, and prostate cancer is no exception. About 1/3 or even 2/3 of prostate cancer patients have lymph node metastasis when they first see a doctor, mostly in the iliac, iliac, waist, groin and other parts. It can cause lymph node enlargement and lower limb swelling in the corresponding parts. Hematogenous metastasis is more common in bones (such as pelvis, sacrum, lumbar spine, upper femur, etc.) and internal organs (such as lungs, liver, brain, adrenal glands, testicles, etc.).
The fourth harm of prostate cancer: pain. About 31% of prostate cancer patients will experience pain. Common pain sites are mainly waist, sacrum, buttocks, and hips. Pelvic and sciatica are the main symptoms of common prostate cancer, which are severe and unbearable. It may be caused by cancer metastasis to bones or invasion of nerves or hydronephrosis and kidney infection.
