Will regular exercise lead to bone cancer?

Bone tumors are tumors that occur in bones or their attached tissues. They can be benign or malignant. Malignant bone tumors, commonly known as "bone cancer," develop rapidly, have a poor prognosis, and a high mortality rate. Malignant bone tumors are divided into primary and secondary. Malignant tumors from other tissues or organs in the body are circulated through the blood. So can regular exercise lead to bone cancer?

Regular exercise can reduce the risk of bone cancer. Appropriate exercise can improve our physical quality. People who exercise regularly have better immune function, which is the first line of defense against cancer. People who exercise regularly also have a lower chance of getting colorectal cancer.

However, the exercise mentioned here is not the intense Olympic-style exercise, but long-term, consistent aerobic exercise. This type of exercise includes brisk walking, jogging, cycling, slow swimming and other milder exercises. In the long run, it can reduce your cholesterol and body fat, reduce some weight, and strengthen immunity, prevent cancer and fight aging. Too intense exercise will release a large number of free radicals, and studies have shown that it will reduce your immunity.
