Diet recipes for ovarian cancer chemotherapy

When it comes to ovarian cancer, everyone is familiar with it. Many of our friends suffer from this disease in life. This disease is actually a malignant tumor disease that occurs on women's ovaries. The impact and harm it brings to people in all aspects cannot be ignored. However, to treat ovarian cancer, chemotherapy is an indispensable process. So how should patients after chemotherapy arrange their diet?

1. The supply of calories and protein (protein foods) should be sufficient: you can eat more milk, eggs, lean pork, beef, rabbit meat, fish, poultry, soy products, etc. If the patient is anorexic to greasy meat, you can choose cheese, omelets, salted duck eggs, etc. You should also eat more honey (honey foods), as well as cereal foods such as rice and noodles.
2. Eat more foods that enhance immunity: such as shiitake mushrooms, white fungus, black fungus, mushrooms, etc., as well as animal liver, cod liver oil, carrots, lettuce leaves and other foods rich in vitamin A and carotene.
3. Eat more fresh fruits and vegetables: such as rapeseed, spinach, tomatoes, onions, asparagus, hawthorn, fresh dates, Chinese cabbage, kiwi fruit, kelp, etc. If nausea is severe, you can drink vegetable juice, or eat some refreshing cold dishes and fruits.
4. Drink water: no less than 2000 ml per day to reduce the irritation of the drug on the digestive tract mucosa and promote the excretion of toxins. Milk, soy milk and mung bean soup can help excrete the toxins released by cancer cells.
5. Arrange the three meals reasonably: breakfast and dinner should be arranged before 6 am and after 7 pm respectively, to extend the interval between medication and eating and reduce drug reactions. Avoid using irritating condiments (condiment foods) such as pepper and mustard, as well as mail, smoked and grilled foods.
