Wall squat

Lean your back against the wall, with your feet a certain distance away from the wall, shoulder-width apart. Put a pillow on the ground, and holding another pillow in your hands, slowly squat along the wall until your thighs and calves are at 90 degrees. Then, support your heels on the ground, and maintain this position until you feel you can no longer support yourself. You can then let your body slowly slide down, sit on the pillow, and place the pillows in both hands behind your shoulders. This exercise works your quadriceps.

Shoulder press

Sit on a chair, place a pillow behind your shoulders, keep your whole body close to the back of the chair, bend your elbows and raise the dumbbells to shoulder height with your palms facing each other. Then raise your hands and arms forward and upward as far as possible, then slowly return your arms to their original position, and repeat this process. After eight times, increase the weight of the dumbbells or increase the time you lift the dumbbells. This movement is a good way to exercise your shoulders and triceps.
