What is the blood spot behind the ear

What is the blood spot behind the ear

There are many acupoints on our body. Regularly massaging these acupoints can have the effect of health care. However, because people do not know much about Chinese medicine, they cannot fully master these acupoints. Some friends have asked me what acupoint is behind the ear. In fact, behind the ear is the Yifeng point. Regular massage can relieve symptoms such as tinnitus and deafness, and even help with toothache.

The Yifeng point is located behind the ear. Its location is in the depression below the mastoid process behind the ear and at the same level as the posterior and lower edge of the earlobe. Main indications: Commonly used for the treatment and health care of diseases such as deafness, tinnitus, toothache, temporomandibular joint disease, and facial nerve paralysis.

This is the intersection point of the triple burner and gallbladder meridians of the human body. If you go deeper, it is closer to the facial nerves of the human body. So if you have facial problems, such as nerve pain, you can massage this point to relieve it, and there will be a feeling of soreness and swelling when massaging. Generally speaking, trigeminal neuralgia problems can be relieved and treated through these methods, and tinnitus or facial paralysis can also be treated.

How to massage your ears

1. Rub the earlobes frequently

Make fists with both hands, and use your thumb and index finger to push and rub the earlobe up and down until the earlobe becomes engorged and hot. This method can strengthen the brain, strengthen the kidneys, improve hearing and eyesight. It can prevent and treat impotence, frequent urination, constipation, low back pain, cervical spondylosis, palpitations, chest tightness, headaches, dizziness and other symptoms.

2. Frequently pull the tragus and earlobes

Place the index fingers of both hands on the inner side of the tragus, and then use the index fingers and thumbs to pull up the tragus and earlobe from the inside to the outside, using light techniques to gradually increase the strength of the pull. The force should be limited to not causing pain. Repeat for 3 to 5 minutes each time. This method can also treat headaches, dizziness, neurasthenia, tinnitus and other diseases.

3. Pull up the ear tips

Use the thumb and index finger of both hands to pinch the tip of the ear canal, pull it upwards, pull, knead, pinch and rub it 15 to 20 times until the area becomes hot and red. This method has the effects of calming, relieving pain, clearing the brain and improving eyesight, reducing fever, anti-allergy, and nourishing the kidneys. It can prevent and treat hypertension, insomnia, pharyngitis and skin diseases.
