Introduction to fibroid disease

Fibroid is one of the common diseases in daily life. Many people suffer from fibroids in life. Everyone thinks that fibroids are a small matter and do not receive timely treatment. Few people will receive timely treatment. So, let's talk about the disease introduction of fibroids.

Fibromas are composed of well-differentiated subcutaneous connective tissue. They are common in adults aged 40-50 years old. The tumor grows slowly. When the tumor develops to a certain extent, it generally stops growing. It is a benign tumor composed of well-differentiated subcutaneous connective tissue. It rarely becomes malignant. The treatment is mainly surgical resection. It is more common in the subcutaneous and grows slowly. It is generally small, with clear edges, smooth surface, hard texture, and can be pushed. If mixed with other components, it becomes fibromyoma, fibroadenoma, fibrolipoma, etc. According to the age and location of onset, it mainly includes juvenile fibromatosis, cervical fibromatosis, infantile fibromatosis, infantile myofibromatosis, lipofibromatosis, etc. The age of onset is mostly between 30 and 50 years old, and it is also not uncommon in children and adolescents. Tumors can occur in large muscles in any part of the body, with the rectus abdominis of the abdominal wall and the aponeurosis of the adjacent muscles being the most common, and they are more common during pregnancy and late pregnancy. Those outside the abdominal wall are more common in men, and they are more common in the scapula, thigh and buttocks.

1. Desmoid tumor

Most of them are round and hard, with dry cut surface, white or yellowish white, and the fiber bundles can be vaguely seen in cross section and longitudinal section when carefully observed. Desmoid tumors not only have more glial fibers, but also the nuclei of connective tissue cells are mostly spindle-shaped.

2. Soft fibroma

The cross-section is spongy, with many blood vessels and often edema. The lymph contained in it can coagulate into a gelatinous state, with fewer colloid fibers and looser cell arrangement.

The fibroma on the skin is round or oval in appearance and has a good shape. It may develop ulcers and secondary infections on the surface and is homogeneous grayish white in color.

Nursing

1. During the treatment process, the patient's psychology should be correctly guided so that the patient can have a clear understanding of the disease and avoid falling into various negative emotions and psychology.

2. Patients should be encouraged to participate in more beneficial sports, especially various outdoor sports, such as mountain climbing, fishing, etc.
