Precautions in fibroid tumor care

Precautions in fibroid tumor care

There are many clinical diseases that are divided into different types, and fibroids are no exception. In fact, the treatment methods for different types of diseases are not the same. Next, let’s take a look at the article to see what are the precautions in fibroid care?

Most of them are congenital benign lesions, which are often found in the middle mediastinum near the hilum of the lung. Most of them are asymptomatic. Bronchogenic cysts and esophageal cysts that communicate with the bronchi or esophagus may cause corresponding clinical manifestations. Surgical removal has a good prognosis. Pericardial cysts rarely have symptoms. Typical cases can only be punctured and aspirated, followed up by CT, and those that are difficult to distinguish from malignant lesions can be surgically removed. Non-specific cysts are mainly surgically removed.

Most adult neurogenic fibromas are benign, while about half of them are malignant in children. They may be asymptomatic, or present with weakness in the lower limbs, paresthesia, chest and back pain, or scoliosis. General imaging examinations are easy to diagnose. Adult neurogenic mediastinal fibromas gradually increase in size and may invade the spinal canal, and should be actively surgically removed. Children have a high malignancy rate and should be surgically removed as soon as possible, with further adjuvant treatment based on the nature of the pathology after surgery. Malignant neurogenic fibromas are more sensitive to radiotherapy, and the effectiveness of chemotherapy needs to be further verified.

You should follow the instructions of the original treating doctor and go to the treating hospital or cancer specialist hospital regularly for necessary physical examinations. If any problems are found, seek timely treatment to prevent tumor recurrence or metastasis.

Bring the diagnostic test reports before and after tumor treatment and compare them with the test results during the follow-up examination to facilitate the adoption of a reasonable treatment plan.

The reason why fibroids are treated with the right medicine is that different types of diseases will have different symptoms and the severity of the disease is also different.
