When the tumor metastasizes, a series of symptoms in other systems of the human body may appear, such as headache, decreased vision, cough, hemoptysis, chest pain, abdominal pain, jaundice, bone pain, etc.

How to prevent thyroid cancer

1. Supplement iodine in moderation. Iodine intake is related to the occurrence and pathological type of thyroid.

2. Reduce radiation exposure.

3. Exposure to ionizing radiation is a relatively clear risk factor for thyroid cancer. The radiation produced by nuclear power plants or nuclear weapons and some medical examinations are the main sources of ionizing radiation.

4. Eating habits and lifestyle

Studies have shown that metabolic disorders caused by obesity increase the risk of thyroid cancer. Therefore, improving the diet structure, increasing the intake of fresh vegetables and fruits, and exercising appropriately, controlling weight, and reducing obesity can also have a certain positive effect on the prevention of thyroid cancer.
