Liver cancer includes metastatic and primary types. The most common liver cancer in life is primary. The incidence of this disease is very high, and the mortality rate is also very high, so many people will lose confidence in life after getting this disease, and they will not be happy even if the doctor says that there is a possibility of cure. The treatment of this disease is mainly interventional treatment, but blood pressure may rise after interventional treatment of liver cancer. It is well known that hypertension is actually caused by multiple factors. Although the process is different, they have common results and hazards. Therefore, taking some preventive measures before surgery and monitoring blood pressure after surgery should be a routine procedure for TACE for liver cancer. Timely detection of blood pressure changes and treatment when necessary can help patients minimize postoperative complications and recover smoothly. Psychological intervention. Studies have shown that psychological preparation based on the patient's psychological characteristics before and during interventional treatment can effectively reduce the patient's stress response. After psychological preparation, the degree of anxiety, fear, depression, and pain in patients is reduced, the changes in heart rate, blood pressure, and catecholamine levels in the blood or urine are reduced, and postoperative complications are reduced. The author's observations also show that psychological intervention for patients undergoing interventional treatment of primary liver cancer can reduce postoperative embolic reactions in patients. Control the amount of postoperative infusion within an appropriate range, generally not exceeding 2000ml. The drip rate should not be too fast, and sugar water should be used as the main ingredient to prevent a sharp increase in blood volume. During the operation, the microcatheter should be used to superselect the terminal branches of the tumor blood vessels as much as possible. This can not only avoid damage to the normal liver parenchyma, but also reduce the scope of hepatic artery occlusion and reduce postoperative complications. Most patients with early high blood pressure will gradually recover within a few days after surgery, but a small number of patients will develop chronic blood pressure and cause long-term harm. Therefore, we can take some preventive measures based on the patient's specific situation for the above possible links. |
