What are the treatments for gastric cancer? There are six treatments

There are many treatments for gastric cancer, mainly including surgical treatment, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, immunotherapy, endoscopic treatment and biological treatment, etc. Because each patient's condition is different, comprehensive and reasonable treatment must be carried out during treatment. During treatment, you must also control your emotions and not put too much pressure on yourself, so as not to affect your body's recovery.

Gastric cancer can usually be saved in its early stages. The occurrence of gastric cancer is related to many factors. Many people believe that gastric cancer is only caused by improper diet. However, in addition to dietary problems, environmental factors and occupational factors may also induce gastric cancer. Timely treatment is very important, so what is the treatment for gastric cancer?
1. Surgical treatment
Surgical treatment, also known as surgical treatment, is one of the most effective treatment methods. Early diagnosis of gastric cancer, pathological morphology and the choice of surgical plan are closely related to the good treatment effect of gastric cancer. There is no obvious relationship between tumor size and prognosis. Due to the unclear margins of invasive diffuse gastric cancer, it is difficult to determine the scope of surgical resection. This type of gastric cancer with metastasis is more common and widespread, and it is difficult to completely remove it through surgery.
2. Chemotherapy
If gastric cancer patients only use Julio for gastric cancer treatment, the cure rate is low. Julio is mainly used as an adjuvant treatment for gastric cancer, that is, it is generally used for adjuvant treatment before, during and after surgery. Therefore, you cannot rely solely on Julio for treatment.
3. Radiotherapy
As long as the condition of gastric cancer patients is not very serious, most patients have a certain sensitivity to radiotherapy. Generally, small and shallow cancer lesions without ulcers have the best effect, which can make the tumor disappear completely. Preoperative radiotherapy for gastric cancer can shrink the primary tumor to varying degrees in more than 60% of patients. Intraoperative radiotherapy is feasible for patients with primary lesion resection, lymph node metastasis in both groups, or primary lesions invading the serosal surface and involving the pancreas, without peritoneal and liver metastasis.
4. Immunotherapy
Indications for immunotherapy include systemic administration of immunostimulants after radical resection of early gastric cancer; direct injection of immunostimulants in cases that can be resected or palliatively resected; and intraperitoneal injection of immune-enhancing drugs for patients with advanced ascites.
5. Endoscopic treatment
Endoscopic treatment can be used for patients with early gastric cancer who have systemic diseases and are not suitable for surgical resection. In addition, the endoscopic application of laser, microwave and injection of anhydrous alcohol can also achieve the therapeutic effect of radical cure of gastric cancer.
6. Biological therapy
This treatment method for gastric cancer mainly involves adding immune enhancers to the patient, with the aim of improving the patient's immunity to cancer and prolonging the patient's life.
The occurrence of gastric cancer will bring great pain to patients. Many patients are worried that their disease will not be treated well, which leads to pessimism, which is very unfavorable for the treatment of gastric cancer. Once you have gastric cancer, you must adjust your mentality and actively treat it.
