What should you pay attention to in your life to prevent liver cancer? Doing this every day can easily lead to liver cancer

Excessive alcohol intake is harmful to health. A recent study showed that people who drink more than three glasses of alcoholic beverages a day are more likely to develop liver cancer. This conclusion comes from a study by the World Cancer Research Fund. The research project launched a survey of 82 million people worldwide to study the effects of diet, weight and exercise on liver cancer. The results showed that 24,500 of these participants developed liver cancer.

Studies have shown that people who drink three or more alcoholic beverages a day have a significantly increased risk of liver cancer. Researchers have also found a link between liver cancer and being overweight and obese.

Therefore, the researchers recommend that for liver health, alcoholic beverages should be consumed in moderation while maintaining a healthy weight - no more than two drinks per day for men and one drink per day for women.

Other factors that increase the risk of liver cancer include aflatoxin. Aflatoxin is a toxic substance produced by fungi, often caused by improper food storage. Researchers point out that aflatoxin is more likely to appear in warm and developing regions. Cereals, spices, nuts, etc. are easily contaminated with aflatoxin.
