(1) Since liver cancer consumes a lot of energy and the liver itself is an important organ of human metabolism, patients should be guaranteed to have adequate nutrition, generally high in protein, sugar, vitamins and low in fat. If the appetite is good, the nutritional supply should be 1.5 times that of a normal person.

(2) The detoxification function of the liver is significantly reduced in patients with liver cancer, so tobacco, alcohol and spicy foods should be strictly prohibited. It is advisable to choose more liver-protecting foods, such as soft-shelled turtle, shiitake mushrooms, mushrooms, day lily, sword beans, etc. Salt intake should be limited when there is ascites, and greasy food should be avoided when there is jaundice.

(3) It is advisable to choose foods that have the ability to soften and dissipate lumps and enhance immune function to inhibit the rapid growth of tumors.
