How can prostate cancer be detected early

In recent years, prostate cancer has become one of the diseases that endangers society and human health, and it has brought great pain and distress to male friends. Early prostate cancer is patency and has no symptoms, but when the tumor invades or blocks the urethra or bladder neck, symptoms similar to lower urinary tract obstruction or irritation will occur. In severe cases, acute urinary retention, hematuria, and urinary incontinence may occur. Bone metastasis can cause bone pain, pathological fractures, anemia, spinal cord compression leading to lower limb paraplegia, etc. In order to reduce the incidence of prostate cancer, we should have a certain understanding of the early symptoms of prostate cancer.

1. Urinary disorders. Prostate cancer patients may experience urinary difficulties, thinning or bifurcated urine stream, prolonged urination, frequent urination, urgency, pain, and a feeling of incomplete urination. In severe cases, urinary dripping and urinary retention may also occur.

2. Pain. Men with prostate cancer may experience pain in the waist, sacrum, buttocks, hips, pelvis, sciatica and other symptoms.

3. Metastasis symptoms. Metastasis is very common in prostate cancer patients. About 1/3 or even 2/3 of patients have bone metastasis or lymph node metastasis when they first see a doctor.

4. Systemic symptoms. The pain affects the diet, sleep and spirit. After long-term torture, the whole body becomes weaker and weaker, and the patient suffers from progressive anemia, cachexia or renal failure.
