Gout patients must stay away from foods with high purine content, including animal offal (such as brain, liver, kidney, heart, stomach, pancreas, etc.), anchovies, sardines, fish roe, goose meat, lobster, crab, oysters and other seafood, shellfish, green algae, gravy, hot pot soup, chicken essence, etc. You should also eat less foods with medium purine content, such as various meats, soybeans, peanuts, etc.
