Can taking anti-inflammatory drugs to stop blood in urine caused by bladder cancer?

Can taking anti-inflammatory drugs stop the blood in the urine caused by bladder cancer?

1. Because the bleeding caused by this disease is usually caused by the tumor eroding the blood vessels of the bladder wall. Although taking anti-inflammatory drugs can reduce the risk of inflammation and infection, there is no way to eliminate the symptoms of hematuria if the tumor is not treated. It is recommended to go to the hospital for tumor resection.

2. It is recommended to use Chinese medicine in combination with biological therapy or radiotherapy and chemotherapy to relieve the patient's symptoms and control the condition. For bladder cancer hematuria, tranexamic acid can be taken to stop bleeding.

Bladder cancer surgery precautions

After the operation, you should go to the hospital for a cystoscopy about 1-3 days a month to confirm whether the cancer cells have been cleared. If there is inflammation, you should go to the hospital for treatment in time. Do not blindly take medicine, which may cause adverse reactions. Bladder cancer patients have different postoperative preventive measures according to different surgical methods.

Bladder cancer chemotherapy

Bladder cancer patients rarely need intravenous chemotherapy. If the entire bladder is not removed for bladder cancer, local instillation chemotherapy is usually performed after surgery. Bladder cancer chemotherapy can be divided into systemic intravenous chemotherapy and local instillation chemotherapy.

If it is systemic intravenous chemotherapy, at least 4 to 6 cycles are required, each cycle is about 28 days. Bladder cancer chemotherapy takes a few days, depending on the actual situation of the patient.
