Postoperative recurrence rate of gastric cancer in the middle and late stages

At this time, after simple surgical treatment, due to malnutrition, reduced systemic immunity and drug resistance, poor nutritional status, and reduced healing and repair ability, the postoperative recurrence rate of patients with advanced gastric cancer is high. Patients with mid-stage gastric cancer usually need radical surgery. There is a possibility of recurrence of gastric cancer after surgery. If the cancer cells are killed, it is usually not easy to recur.

The first type of painkiller taken in the late stage of gastric cancer is non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, including aspirin, ibuprofen, indomethacin, paracetamol, etc. The symptoms of gastric cancer patients in the late stage are very obvious, usually with upper abdominal distension and pain, loss of appetite, weight loss and weakness, nausea, vomiting, hematemesis, diarrhea, intestinal obstruction, black stools, fever and other symptoms. If the pain is obvious at this time, it is recommended to take oral opioid analgesics, such as morphine tablets, OxyContin, codeine tablets, etc. At present, the commonly used painkillers in clinical practice are divided into three levels: the first level of analgesics are mainly antipyretic analgesics, such as Celebrex, Fenbid, indomethacin suppositories, etc.
