Ground-glass opacity indicates several stages of lung cancer

What stage of lung cancer is ground-glass opacity?

Ground-glass opacity is generally an early stage of lung cancer. Ground-glass opacity lung cancer is an invasive lung cancer with few lymph node metastases in the body. This disease can be effectively treated.

Clinically, lung cancer can be divided into stage I, stage II, stage III and stage IV. Ground glass shadows are high-density thin shadows that appear on the chest during chest imaging examinations. They are mostly benign and are caused by inflammation or tissue fibrosis. For patients with ground glass shadows, most of them are in the early stages of lung cancer. There is some inflammation or local fibrosis in the body, which causes lymph node metastasis in a small number of parts of the body, but no distant metastasis.

Some patients will not have metastasis in their lymph nodes. When this happens, relevant examinations can be conducted under the guidance of a doctor, such as amoxicillin capsules, cephalosporin granules, roxithromycin capsules and other drugs to relieve the symptoms. For some patients with acute respiratory symptoms, relevant examinations can be conducted, and ablation or thoracoscopic surgery can be performed under the doctor's advice to improve lung discomfort symptoms.

In daily life, patients with ground glass opacity should eat more foods rich in high protein, such as duck, chicken, fish, etc. They can also eat more fresh vegetables and fruits, such as carrots, apples, grapes, etc. These foods can increase the body's resistance and are also beneficial to the recovery of the disease.
