Where are the waist training equipments in the gym?

Going to the gym to exercise is very popular. Fitness enthusiasts pay more attention to waist training. Strong waist and abdominal strength is the core strength of the human body. There are many waist training equipment in the gym, such as dumbbells, barbells or other combination equipment, etc. However, not everyone knows where to go to train the waist in the gym. If you don't take effective training methods, you may get half the result with twice the effort. So let's take a detailed look at what waist training equipment is available in the gym?

Equipment that can be used to train the back can be roughly divided into free weight equipment and fixed weight equipment. Free weight equipment mainly refers to dumbbells and barbells, and fixed weight equipment mainly refers to combination equipment with special functions in the gym. Since there are many back exercises available, and each gym is different, here are some of the most common exercises and movements according to the above two categories:

1. Free Weights

1. Barbell bent-over row

2. Dumbbell bent-over single-arm row

2. Fixed weight

1. Horizontal bar. You can use pull-ups.

2. High-position pull-down device. For back training equipment, just follow the instructions for using the equipment.

3. T-bar pull-down device. For back training equipment, just follow the instructions for using the equipment.

4. Seated rowing machine. For back training equipment, just follow the instructions for using the equipment.

5. Gantry. You need to install a small T-bar at the bottom of the equipment, and then use seated rowing and bent-over rowing movements to exercise.

Things to note before exercising:

1. The warm-up exercises should be done thoroughly. Muscle strain is very painful. It is recommended to jog for 5 minutes before fitness, move the joints, and do light strength training to warm up the muscles.

2. Check the integrity of the equipment, standardize the movements, and do it within your ability.

3. When using a treadmill, do not set the speed too fast at the beginning. I have seen many people fall off the treadmill while running. But fortunately, the worst case scenario was just skin breakage.
