How to know brain cancer

Cerebral hemorrhage refers to massive hemorrhage caused by rupture of blood vessels in the brain parenchyma. About 80% of cases occur in the cerebral hemispheres, mainly in the basal ganglia, and the remaining 20% occur in the brainstem and cerebellum. Clinically, brain tumors are usually discovered through the patient's clinical symptoms. There are also cranial X-rays, radionuclide brain angiography, ventriculography and cisternsography, cerebral angiography, etc., but these examinations, except for X-rays, are all damaging and should be carefully selected according to needs.

Can acupuncture be useful for advanced brain cancer?

Acupuncture cannot completely cure cancer, but it can also be used for treatment because it is beneficial to the body's immunity and can also help alleviate some adverse reactions that cancer patients experience after radiotherapy and chemotherapy. They should pay attention to their diet, work and rest, and maintain a happy mood. If a brain tumor occurs, it is best to remove it surgically. The subsequent treatment plan should be formulated based on the results of pathological examination, because benign brain tumors basically do not require radiotherapy or chemotherapy after resection, but if it is malignant, then chemotherapy and radiotherapy must be combined. Acupuncture can be used to treat brain tumors after surgery.

I suspect I may have a brain tumor and want to go get a CT scan.

Malignant tumors in the brain include gliomas, malignant meningiomas, germ cell tumors, and metastatic tumors. In general, brain tumors can be detected through head CT. Tumors are relatively small in the early stages, and CT may miss them. MRI has certain advantages in diagnosing intracranial tumors, and the resolution is higher. The main side effect of brain CT is the trace radiation caused by radiation. For normal people, occasionally doing one or two CT scans will not cause harm to the body, and the body can tolerate it, just like there is radiation from nature in the daily living environment, so there is no need to worry about it. You can go to the municipal or provincial level, but it is expensive. Tumors are divided into benign tumors and malignant tumors.
