What are the early symptoms of pharyngeal lymphoma? How to treat it?

The early symptoms of pharyngeal lymphoma are mainly vocal cord polyps, vocal cord polyps and chronic laryngitis. Accompanied by sore throat and dysphagia, after a cold and fever, it may be acute laryngitis. Severe sore throat, long-term non-healing, but also consider the possibility of laryngeal tuberculosis or malignant tumors.

Hoarseness, even harshness, accompanied by throat obstruction, cough, phlegm, neck mass, elderly patients should be alert to the possibility of laryngeal cancer. Hoarseness can also occur with vocal cord paralysis. Mainly hoarseness and harshness. A foreign body sensation in the throat, accompanied by cough, easy fatigue of the voice, or a liking to eat before going to bed, or frequent acidity and hiccups may also be reflux laryngitis, but some patients with reflux laryngitis may also have only one symptom. Trauma, including dislocation of the ring joint, and physical and chemical damage to the throat can cause hoarseness.

Treatment of pharyngeal lymphoma:

1. Chemotherapy: Chemotherapy for lymphoma mainly adopts combination chemotherapy, which can be combined with targeted therapy drugs and biological agents. In recent years, chemotherapy regimens for lymphoma have been greatly improved, and the survival of many types of lymphoma has also been greatly improved.

2. Surgical treatment: For patients with intranodal lymphoma, surgery is mainly used for pathological biopsy or staging abdominal exploration. For extranodal lymphomas such as brain, spinal cord, orbit, salivary gland, thyroid, lung, liver, spleen, etc., surgical resection is often performed first, followed by radiotherapy and/or chemotherapy. Lymphomas such as kidney, bladder, testicle, ovary, uterus, skin, breast, etc. should be surgically resected early, followed by chemotherapy or radiotherapy.

3. Biological immunotherapy Multicellular biological immunotherapy: Biological immunotherapy for lymphoma is widely used. Almost all tumor patients have obvious therapeutic effects on primary tumors and metastases. It can eliminate residual tumor cells after surgery and prevent tumor recurrence. The side effects are less than radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Only fever and cold-like side effects are found. It does not damage normal tissues, can enhance immunity and improve physical condition.
