How to eat crab:

The ingredients that need to be prepared in advance for braised crabs are: 4 crabs, 150 grams of marinade, 40 grams of high-proof liquor, 150 grams of Huadiao wine, 30 grams of rock sugar, 2 star anise, 1 piece of cinnamon, 4 bay leaves, 3 grams of peppercorns, 6 dried chilies, appropriate amount of salt, 20 grams of Maggi sauce, 30 grams of light salt soy sauce, 1 piece of ginger, 1 scallion, 2 cloves of garlic, and 1 coriander.

1. Wash the crabs with water.

2. Steam in a steamer for 15 minutes

3. Cool the steamed crabs

4. Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, add star anise, cinnamon, bay leaves, pepper, dried chili, ginger, garlic, onion, and rock sugar, boil and soak for a while

5. Add light soy sauce, umami sauce, Huadiao wine, marinade and salt.

6. Boil again, turn off the heat, add chopped coriander and let it cool naturally

7. Add strong liquor after cooling

8. Pour the cooled fermented marinade into the pot, making sure the crabs are submerged.

9. Cover and refrigerate. You can enjoy it after soaking for 24 hours.
