How to adjust to a normal biological clock

How to adjust to a normal biological clock

Everyone is familiar with the term biological clock, but some friends may not be very clear about what aspects the biological clock includes. The so-called biological clock is the physiological clock, which is a clock that the body has itself. It regularly controls the body and activities of the organism. In short, the function of the biological clock is to control the body to do what it should do and when.

The human body's biological clock plays a regular role in people's daily life and work. If you can keep pace with your biological clock well, you will have efficient work, a clear mind, a healthy body and a very good stress response. If your biological clock is disrupted, everything including work, life, and health will be a mess, so it is necessary to adjust your biological clock.

Some people travel back and forth between different countries for work, which causes their biological clock to be disrupted, so the first thing they do when they return home is to adjust their biological clock (jet lag). Most of our friends have their biological clocks messed up due to their bad living habits, such as staying up late, not getting up in the morning, sleeping after lunch until three in the afternoon, and not feeling sleepy at all when it is time to go to bed at night.

I feel dizzy and confused all day long. I can't wake up during the day and can't fall asleep at night. I always feel dizzy and listless. For this situation, the best way is to reduce nap time as much as possible, go to bed early and get up early, do more physical exercise during the day so that the body will feel tired at night. Don't go to bed immediately after work, soak your feet in hot water first, and use this time to relax.

Put aside the daytime things and calm your brain. It is best to drink a glass of milk before going to bed, which will help you sleep. In addition, in terms of diet, three meals a day must not be missed. Do not skip breakfast, and do not skip one meal and eat the next. Otherwise, it will cause great harm to the stomach and digestive system, leading to body dysfunction and affecting the normal biological clock. And the diet should be reasonable.
