Hernia treatment methods

Hernia treatment methods

I always hear that some people are in excruciating pain from hernia, but I never take it seriously. Some people only start to worry when they really suffer from the disease. Some people feel like it is the end of the world. Some people listen to the advice of quack doctors and take a lot of medicine every day. When the condition became more and more serious, I went to a regular hospital for help, but was told that a lot of time had been wasted.

So what exactly is a hernia? What are the causes of hernia? Who are the main groups of people who suffer from hernia? What are the dangers of hernia? Many people who have such patients around them and are worried that they may also suffer from the disease will ask their doctors these questions.

Hernia, also known as "intestinal gas", is a phenomenon in which part of the human body tissue or organ leaves its original position and enters another part through the gaps, defects or weak parts of the human body. Hernia is very harmful. It first affects the patient's digestive system, causing abdominal distension, fatigue, and physical deterioration. 1. Non-surgical treatment: Children under one year old do not need surgery for the time being because the ring may disappear on its own. Cotton thread bands or bandages can be used to compress the deep ring. 2. Surgical treatment: If hernia is not treated in time, the hernia mass may gradually increase in size, eventually aggravating the symptoms, and even causing incarceration or stenosis, threatening the patient's life. Therefore, surgical treatment should be performed as soon as possible. Surgical repair of hernia gap remains the best and most effective treatment. The surgical method is to push the intestines back into the abdominal cavity, directly suture the gap in the abdominal wall, or take side wall tissue to fill the gap. If the gap is difficult to fill, an artificial omentum will be sutured. 3. Tension-free method: It is to use artificial omentum to repair hernia. The advantages of this surgery are short operation time, fast patient recovery, low recurrence rate, and reduced postoperative pain. Endoscopic method: The latest method is to use laparoscope to enter the abdominal cavity to perform surgery.

From the above introduction, we can understand that hernia is a phenomenon of displacement of certain organs in the human body. Hernia is very harmful to the human body and can cause various uncomfortable symptoms. The best treatment for hernia is usually surgery, and drug treatment is not recommended. Newer treatments are available now, too. With this knowledge, even if you really have this disease, you can treat it with appropriate methods.
