Precautions for the treatment of myocardial insufficiency

The rapid progress and development of society has brought both good and bad effects. The positive impact it has brought to us is that our living standards are getting higher and higher, and the food we eat is much better than before. The bad side is that we live in a concrete city, and eating meat and fish without restraint all day long makes our bodies weaker and weaker. Many diseases take the opportunity to invade our bodies, the most common of which is myocardial insufficiency.

The myocardium is most afraid of ischemia, which will lead to hypoxia. Myocardial ischemia is mainly the result of changes in the substances contained in the blood and pathological changes in the blood vessel cavity. Most of them are caused by hyperlipidemia and hypercholesterolemia due to lifestyle factors such as unreasonable diet and lack of exercise. The cholesterol in the blood is divided into high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL cholesterol) and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL cholesterol). In addition to supplying cells with low-density ethanol in the blood, the excess will be deposited on the inner walls of the arteries, causing the inner walls of the blood vessels to become rough and eventually form atherosclerotic plaques, causing the blood vessels to become narrow or even blocked. Therefore, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol is a harmful cholesterol. High-density cholesterol will carry the cholesterol in the blood to the liver for conversion, and then enter the intestines through the gallbladder and be excreted from the body. It is a protective cholesterol.

In addition, advanced age, high blood pressure, diabetes, obesity, mood swings, smoking and drinking habits, and adverse reactions to certain drugs can all cause vascular changes leading to myocardial ischemia and intravascular thrombosis.

Cardiovascular disease caused by myocardial ischemia often has no symptoms in the early stages of the disease, but gradually develops shortness of breath, manifested as rapid breathing. Previously, you didn't feel anything when going up the third or fourth floors, but now you feel palpitations, shortness of breath, and a rapid heartbeat when you go up the second floor. This indicates that the myocardium is not getting enough blood and heart function is weakened, which is an early sign of cardiovascular disease. If you also feel tired and weak, and have intermittent chest pain, these are obvious symptoms of cardiovascular disease.

Precautions

1. Control calories and maintain ideal weight.

2. Control the quality and quantity of fat intake. Many studies have shown that long-term consumption of large amounts of fat is the main factor causing arteriosclerosis in animals. It has also been proven that the quality of fat has a greater impact on blood lipids. Saturated fatty acids can increase blood cholesterol, while polyunsaturated fatty acids can lower blood cholesterol. It is generally believed that the ratio of polyunsaturated fatty acids, saturated fatty acids, and monounsaturated fatty acids (p:s:m) in the diet should be 1:1:1. Dietary cholesterol content will have a certain impact on lipid metabolism in the body and should be appropriately controlled.

After reading this article, I believe everyone knows the reason for insufficient blood supply to the myocardium, which is our lack of exercise in daily life. Every day we sit in the office, working in front of the computer, typing. We get up early and go to work late every day, and we have no time to exercise at all. Our physical fitness is getting worse and worse, and we are troubled by various things. So for the sake of our health, I suggest that no matter how busy you are, you must take time to exercise.
