1. Grape seeds are actually easily absorbed by the human body and are highly available. There is no time requirement for taking them. Generally, you can take 1 to 2 grape seeds 1 to 2 times a day. However, you can eat according to your own physical condition. For example, if you have young or healthy skin, you can take 2 capsules a day in the first month, and then change to 1 capsule a day.

2. If your skin condition is not so good, take 2 capsules a day for four months, and then change to 1 capsule a day. You must persist in taking it to see the effect. By the way, you can't take it before going to bed. Grape seed capsules have a refreshing effect. Taking it before going to bed will affect sleep, so it is recommended that you take it before or after meals.

1. Grape seeds contain polyphenols, mainly catechins and proanthocyanidins. Catechins include catechin, epicatechin and their gallic acid esters, which are the main monomers in grape seeds and the building blocks of proanthocyanidin oligomers and polymers.

2. Grape seeds are rich in oil, accounting for about 12% to 15% of their weight. The oil contains a large amount of unsaturated fatty acids, among which the content of linoleic acid is between 58% and 78%.

3. Grape seeds also contain a small amount of volatile components, most of which are alcohols, phenols, and terpenes, all of which have high biological activity.

4. In addition to the above-mentioned substances, grape seeds also contain crude protein, amino acids, vitamins A, E, D, K, P and various trace elements, such as calcium, zinc, iron, magnesium, copper, potassium, sodium, manganese, cobalt, etc.
