Other treatments include physical exercise, travel and recuperation, and adjusting unreasonable learning and working methods, which are also good ways to get rid of troublesome situations, improve tension, and relieve mental stress. Supportive and explanatory psychotherapy can help patients understand the nature of the illness and eliminate secondary anxiety. Since everyone's physique is different, you must go to a regular hospital and consult a doctor before taking any medicine, and never take it randomly. At the same time, please note that as women, we may also experience anxiety and neurasthenia during our menstrual period. We must not use medication to treat such conditions.
