1. Clean your skin. If there is a lot of dust and oil on the face, rinse it with warm water in time. Generally, it is best to wash your face 2-3 times a day.

2. Avoid using oily or powdery cosmetics. Use water-based care products as appropriate, especially avoid heavy makeup. Before going to bed, you should thoroughly remove the day's makeup and avoid applying nourishing creams, ointments, etc. before going to bed, so that the skin can be relaxed, unobstructed, and breathe fully at night.

3. Avoid touching the acne with your hands frequently or trying to cover the rash with your hair and foundation cream. In particular, overcome the bad habit of squeezing and pressing the acne with your hands, because the bacteria on the hands and the dirt on the hair can easily infect the skin and aggravate the acne. Squeezing and pressing can cause permanent sunken scars, leaving lifelong regrets.

4. In terms of diet, eat less fat, high-sugar, spicy, fried foods, and stimulating beverages such as liquor and coffee. Eat more vegetables and fruits and drink more boiled water. People who often suffer from constipation can use 20 grams of mung beans and 50 grams of rice, cook them into porridge, add a small amount of rock sugar to mix, and take it twice a day.

5. Insist on doing more vigorous indoor exercises to speed up blood circulation, promote the timely excretion of waste from the body, keep the pores of the skin unobstructed during the continuous sweating process, and then clean them in time.

When you have pimples and acne, you must control your hands and not scratch them every day. Many people have this habit, which is very bad because it is easy to scratch the wound and cause inflammation. You can apply some anti-inflammatory and bactericidal ointments and pay attention to your diet, making sure it is light, so that pimples and acne will heal faster.
