How to remove oil stains from clothes

When there are oil stains on clothes, there are many ways to clean them. For example, if there is vegetable soup on the clothes, you can soak the clothes in cold water for a few minutes, and then rub the oily stains repeatedly with soap, so that the oil stains will be cleaned quickly. If the oil stains are very old, they are relatively difficult to clean. You can use a toothbrush to apply a little gasoline, and then brush the oil stains repeatedly, which can also clean them.

Sprinkle some talcum powder or baby powder on it. These very fine powders act like tiny oil-absorbing sponges, absorbing the oil on clothes and achieving the purpose of cleaning. When you get oil on your clothes, immediately sprinkle them with talcum powder or baby powder and leave them on for 20-30 minutes. Brush off the powder and wash the clothes as normal. Wash with shampoo. Shampoo can remove the oils that your hair naturally produces, and it is also very effective in removing grease stains from clothing. Pour some shampoo onto the greasy stain on your clothing and rub the area with your fingers. Let the shampoo sit for 5-10 minutes before putting the garment in the washing machine. Use your regular wash and dry cycles to remove greasy stains from your clothes, leaving them looking brand new!

Use hairspray. Another hair-related product, the strong airflow of hairspray can break down the oil on clothes and help wash it off. Spray the hairspray on the oil stain at a distance of 15-20cm. The spray area can be expanded to the area around the oil stain. Then wash it according to the normal washing cycle of the washing machine and dry it slightly. Try WD-40. This amazing cleaner can remove all kinds of stains, including oil stains. Spray WD-40 directly onto the grease stain on your clothing. Leave it on for 30 minutes and then wash the clothes using your normal laundry cycle. When you take them out of the washing machine, the grease stains on your clothes are gone!

Some very smooth fabrics are stained with oil. At this time, it is relatively easy to clean them. Just soak them in hot water for a while, then apply soap or laundry detergent and rub them, and they will become clean quickly. If soy sauce is stained on clothes, you can use fresh lotus root juice to wash it. After washing, you must rinse it thoroughly with plenty of clean water.
