Why do I feel nauseous and want to vomit when I wake up in the morning? Is it a disease?

There are many reasons for nausea and vomiting in the morning. It may be unstable blood pressure or cervical spondylosis. This phenomenon may also occur if there is simple cerebral ischemia or chronic pharyngitis.

1. Unstable blood pressure

When people enter middle age or old age, their bodies will have a certain degree of arteriosclerosis, especially for those who smoke and drink frequently, the chance of developing high blood pressure is relatively high. If the symptoms of vomiting are jet-like, it should be taken seriously, as it may be caused by increased intracranial pressure and medical treatment must be sought immediately; if dizziness, nausea, and vomiting occur frequently, it may also be caused by insufficient blood supply to the cerebral arteries.

2. Cervical spondylosis

Cervical spondylosis is also a common disease among middle-aged and elderly people. In addition to dizziness, nausea, and vomiting, its normal symptoms may also include numbness in the hands and feet, and neck pain.

For this type of patients, traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture, moxibustion, massage and other methods can be used for treatment, and the effect is more obvious.

3Simple cerebral ischemia

When people enter middle age or old age, the blood vessels in the brain atrophy and the oxygen supply capacity weakens. As the atrophy of the brain blood vessels gradually worsens, symptoms such as dizziness, nausea, and vomiting may occur, especially when you wake up in the morning. The sudden change in body position can suddenly prevent the brain from receiving blood oxygen in time, making the symptoms of nausea and vomiting more obvious.

4Chronic pharyngitis

Chronic pharyngitis refers to diffuse pharyngeal lesions caused by chronic infection, which mostly occurs in adults and is often accompanied by other upper respiratory tract diseases.

Morning nausea and regurgitation is one of the symptoms of chronic pharyngitis. Some also have the following symptoms: "Hum" and "Ka" want to clear the throat, but can't cough out or swallow; due to the long course of the disease, stubborn symptoms and many causes. It is not easy to completely cure the disease. It is recommended to go to the hospital for a detailed examination, quit smoking and drinking, and pay attention to diet.
