How to unclog the clogged scalp hair follicles? Here are the effective methods for you

The consequences of blocked scalp hair follicles are very serious, so they must be unblocked in time. The main methods include systemic therapy, immunotherapy and local therapy. You can choose according to your own situation.

There are generally three reasons for hair follicle atrophy:

First, excessive secretion of sebum and excessive keratinization of hair follicles will form embolism, affect the nutrition of hair follicles, cause hair follicles to shrink and be damaged, and eventually lead to hair loss. This type of hair loss accounts for about 90% of the hair loss population.

Second, excessive dandruff or bacterial infection.

3. Congenital genetic genes, premature necrosis of hair follicle tissue.

Drug treatment mainly includes three aspects:

1. Systemic therapy: When the skin lesions are extensive and there are obvious pus heads, broad-spectrum antibiotics should be given. If conditions permit, pus culture and drug sensitivity test can be performed, which is of great guiding significance for the selection of more effective drugs.

2. Immunotherapy: Patients with chronic recurrent attacks can be injected with furunculosis vaccine, subcutaneously once a week, with the initial dose of 0.5 ml, the second dose of 1 ml, the third dose of 1.5 ml, and each subsequent dose of 2 ml. Generally, there are no adverse reactions after injection. If there is fever or other discomfort, do not increase the dose. If necessary, reduce the dose or stop using.

3. Local therapy: When skin lesions occur, avoid washing with water and avoid scratching. The hair of the affected area should be cut short. Antibacterial and antipruritic drugs such as hair water can be applied locally. Patients with exudate can use 0.1% rivanol solution for wet compresses, 3 times a day, 4 times, 20 minutes each time. After the inflammation is relieved, 2% chloramphenicol emulsion, 0.5% neomycin ointment and 3% iodine tincture can be applied externally.
