How to use an electric toothbrush?

Electric toothbrushes are no longer a novel product, and many people have fallen in love with such products because they can help them save effort when brushing their teeth. For electric toothbrushes, if used improperly, it can cause great damage to your teeth, so you must know how to use an electric toothbrush.

1. Install the brush head: Put the brush head tightly into the toothbrush shaft until the brush head and the metal shaft are buckled.

2. Use warm water to adjust the softness of the bristles: warm water - soft; cold water - moderate; ice water - slightly hard. It is strongly recommended that first-time users soak the product in warm water (below 40°C) before use.

3. Squeeze toothpaste: Aim the toothpaste vertically at the center of the bristles and squeeze an appropriate amount of toothpaste into it. To avoid toothpaste splashing, it is best to squeeze the toothpaste before turning on the power.

4. Effective brushing: When brushing your teeth, insert the three-sided brush head from the thinnest front teeth. Let your teeth be clamped between the three-sided bristles and pull back and forth with moderate force. After the toothpaste has foamed, turn on the electric switch, and after the brush head vibrates, apply moderate force and move the toothbrush back and forth from the front teeth to the back teeth to clean all the teeth. Generally speaking, brushing your teeth for two minutes with a three-sided electric toothbrush is enough to achieve a thorough cleaning.

5. Use a tongue scraper: After brushing your teeth, it is best to use the tongue scraper on the back of the brush head to scrape off the tongue coating to thoroughly clean the tongue.

6. To avoid foam splashing, please turn off the toothbrush before taking it out of your mouth.

How to clean the toothbrush bristles: After brushing your teeth each time, put the brush head in water, turn on the electric switch, shake it gently a few times, and then tap the brush head to wash away foreign matter and toothpaste remaining on the bristles. The development of technology has made people more and more lazy. Nowadays, some people have even electrified their teeth cleaning. There are electric toothbrushes for brushing teeth and electric water flossers for picking teeth. However, experts say that if used improperly, these electric tooth cleaning tools can cause "damage" to teeth.
