How much endometrium is normal after thawing and transplantation

Many women will no longer produce eggs when they get older. In order to ensure their ability to get pregnant in the future, they will freeze their eggs and conceive in a test tube when they want to get pregnant. After the fertilized eggs are formed, they will be transplanted into their bodies. In this way, as long as the woman's uterus has not begun to decline, she can get pregnant. So how much is normal for thawing and transplanting the endometrium?

1 For frozen embryo transplantation, the thickness of the endometrium is a necessary condition. When the thickness of the endometrium reaches more than 1 cm, it can provide the conditions required for embryo implantation. However, whether the embryo can survive after implantation, it is not enough for the thickness of the endometrium to reach a certain standard. Hormones such as progesterone must also be coordinated with each other.

2 In order for frozen embryo transfer to be successful, in addition to the necessary physical conditions, the patient should also pay attention to rest after the operation. After 3 days, he can do a small amount of small-scale exercise indoors within 5 days, and after 5 days, he can engage in small-scale outdoor exercise. It is best to stay in bed.

3. In the 48 hours after the transplant, try to lie down as much as possible, but it is best to keep lying flat. Do not turn over or get up forcefully in bed. When getting up, turn sideways and support your body with your hands before getting up. After 48 hours, you can lean on the bed (angle less than 45 degrees). Watch less TV, or no TV.

Precautions

We must understand that the current success rate is not 100%, and the failure rate is still very high. If living conditions do not allow it, you can choose not to do it. In vitro fertilization is not the only option. Having a healthy body is the greatest happiness in life.
