Three methods of making enzymes that experts love the most

1. Homemade fruit enzymes

Ingredients preparation: 3 pounds of lemons, 1 pineapple, 2 pounds of blueberries, 4 green apples, 2 dragon fruits, 3 red-heart dragon fruits, 4 kiwis, 1 pomegranate, 2 papayas, 1 handful of five-leaf walnuts, 15 kilograms of rock sugar, and 1 pound of honey.

Method steps:

1. Wash and dry the fruits, cut them into small pieces, and put them in a large sealed box;

2. Then add rock sugar, blueberries, lemon slices, seal it, and store it in a small bottle for about 3 months.

Tips: The lemon should be placed on the top layer last, without oil or raw water.

2. Homemade Fruit Enzyme

Ingredients preparation: 2 lemons, 3 apples, appropriate amount of ordinary watermelon, 1 dragon fruit, 2 kiwis, 3 tomatoes, and appropriate amount of brown sugar.

Method steps:

1. Wash and dry the fruits, peel and dice the apples, and wash and dice the dragon fruit;

2. Wash and slice the tomatoes and lemons, peel the kiwi fruit, slice them, and air-dry them for later use;

3. Wash the container, air dry it, then put the fruit into the bottle, add a layer of brown sugar every other layer, and put lemon on the last layer;

4. Then seal and ferment for 3 months.

3. Special homemade fruit enzymes

Ingredients preparation: 2 apples, 1 papaya, 2 pineapples, 3 pears, 6 kiwis, 1 white-heart and 1 red-heart dragon fruit, 2 tomatoes, 4 bananas, 4 oranges, 12 lemons, and 5 pounds of rock sugar.

Method steps:

1. Wash and drain all fruits, peel, core and slice;

2. Put the fruits in a glass bottle, put one layer, and add a layer of rock sugar;

3. Put the lemon on the last layer and soak for 3 months.

Tips: When drinking, just mix 30ml with a glass of water.
