Grind the above medicines into fine powder and mix with vaseline to make a 20% ointment for external application. It is suitable for anal fistula inflammation, and has the effects of clearing heat and dampness, reducing swelling and relieving pain.

7. Radix Rehmanniae, Rhizoma Coptidis, Phellodendron Amurense, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Lithospermum Officinale, Yellow Wax, and Sesame Oil. Put the first five herbs into a copper or aluminum pot, soak them in sesame oil for 24 hours, then put the pot on the fire, first with a low heat and then with a high heat, boil the herbs until they are dry, filter out the residue, then add yellow wax to simmer, stir well and let cool, collect the paste and bottle it for later use. It is suitable for patients with edema of wound surface or inflammation of fistula after anal fistula surgery, and has the function of clearing away heat, detoxifying and relieving pain.
