Ingredients: 200 grams of celery, 50 grams of red dates. Appropriate amount of water.

Preparation: Cook soup and season as usual. Eat vegetables and drink soup. Once a day.

Efficacy: Diuretic and sedative, soothing the stomach and nourishing the spleen. It is suitable for various types of hypertension and can also be used to treat cystitis.

Fried eggs with tomatoes

Ingredients: 2 eggs, 400 grams of tomatoes, 10 grams of soy sauce, 5 grams of salt, 3 grams of MSG, 5 grams of ginger, 10 grams of green onions, vegetable oil slices, and chopped green onions. Heat a wok over medium heat, add vegetable oil and heat until 60% hot, then add the egg liquid and stir-fry with a spatula to break up the egg and solidify it. Remove from heat and put into a bowl. Ingredients: 50 grams of mung beans, 200 grams of japonica rice.

Put the japonica rice into the rice cooker. Add green beans and juice, then add appropriate amount of water, and cook the rice as usual until cooked.
