How to massage when gallstones attack, teach you these 4 acupoint massage

Gallstones are a relatively common disease. I believe many of my friends have seen patients with gallstones. Gallstones cannot be completely cured through surgery and are prone to recurrence. In fact, gallstones can also be treated through massage techniques. So how should you massage when gallstones occur? Let’s learn together.

1. Abdominal massage

The acupoints to be pressed are: Tianshu acupoint, which is two points on each side of the belly button at two finger widths, and Zhongwan acupoint, which is three finger widths above the belly button.

Method: Let the patient with gallstones lie on his back on the bed. The masseur places his right hand on the patient's right upper abdomen, and then uses the strength of the wrist joint to massage in a clockwise direction for about 15 minutes until the abdominal pain is relieved.

2. Auricular acupressure

Acupoints to be pressed: Every acupoint on the ear.

Method: This method can be completed by the patient alone. When you feel pain, use your thumb and index finger to press and pinch your ears along the periphery of the ear. If you feel any pain, use a little force. The massage should last about seven or eight minutes.

3. Acupressure

Acupoints to be pressed: Yanglingquan, which is the depression below the fibula on the outside of the leg, even if the calf and thigh are at 90 degrees; Qiuxu, which is the depression below the outside front and lower part of the ankle; Taichong, which is to run your fingers along the junction of the big toe and the second toe upwards to where the blood vessels are beating; Qimen, which is the intersection of the nipple and the left and right ribs.

Method: The massage method is to press the above acupoints with the tip of your thumb for about two minutes each. You can use a little force until you feel a sense of swelling and pain in the acupoints.

4. Health massage

The acupoints to be pressed are: Quchi, which is the depression on the outside of the elbow joint when the elbow is bent; Neiguan, which is three finger widths upwards from the horizontal line where the wrist and palm meet.

Method: This massage method mainly plays a health-care role. The method is to use your thumb to massage the above acupoints clockwise for about one minute each, twice a day in the morning and evening.
