Symptoms such as thin urine lines may indicate prostate disease, but many people do not take these symptoms seriously. When they become serious, they will regret it. Therefore, everyone must take the series of symptoms that appear in themselves to heart. So what exactly is the thin urine line? Let me find out with you. 1. Mild adhesion of the urethral mucosa: The normal urethra has urethral glands, which can secrete a small amount of mucus every day to lubricate and protect the urethra. Under normal circumstances, this mucus remains in the urethra and protects the urethral mucosa. When encountering sexual stimulation, urethral secretions may increase and a small amount may flow out of the urethral opening. When the penis is erect, a small amount of secretions may also flow out of the urethral opening due to the squeezing of the urethra by the corpus cavernosum of the penis. After the urethral secretions dry up at the external urethral opening, the mucosa and skin on both sides of the urethral opening will form slight adhesions, causing the urination channel to be slightly obstructed. In the initial stage of urination, the channel will be bifurcated and thinned. A large amount of urine will flush away the adhesions and the bifurcation will disappear. 2. Urethral stones: When small urethral stones block the external urethral opening, the urine may become bifurcated and thinner during urination, but this situation is often accompanied by urinary pain and hematuria. Urethral stones were a common disease in the 1950s and 1960s, but are now rare. 3. Tumors or polyps in the urethral mucosa may cause the urine to bifurcate and become thinner because the tumor makes the local urine flow obstructed. This situation is also rare. 4. Abnormal anatomical structure of the urethral opening may also cause the urine to bifurcate and become thinner. Patients with urinary tract infection should pay attention to the following points: 1. Drink plenty of water and maintain more than 3000cc of water per day. 2. Eat more fruits containing vitamin C, such as orange, lemon and plum juice to keep urine acidic. 3. Empty your bladder at least every 3 to 4 hours. 4. Do not hold urine, especially pregnant women. 5. Avoid irritating foods, alcohol or coffee. 6. You must urinate before and after sexual intercourse. 7. Take a bath by showering. 8. Pay attention to personal hygiene. After women go to the toilet, toilet paper should be used to wipe from the perineum to the anus. Do not wipe back and forth. 9. Patients with diabetes, urinary stones, thyroid hypertrophy and other diseases that are prone to urinary tract infections should be careful and receive appropriate treatment. 10. Take the medicine as instructed by your doctor and do not stop taking it without permission after the symptoms are relieved. |
